A Different Approach to Selling a Dental Practice
What If You Could Receive 5x Collections or More for Your Dental Practice?
Zenyte Holdings is assembling portfolios of General Dental Practices.
Rather than selling individual dental practices directly, participating practices are combined into a larger portfolio designed to be valued through the public markets for 5x collections or more.
You don't have to decide today whether you want to sell your practice.
You have approximately six months to evaluate the strategy, review the offers you receive, and decide for yourself.
No obligation to sell. You remain in control.
How the Strategy Works
1.
Your Dental Practice Joins a Zenyte Portfolio
Zenyte assembles General Dental Practices into portfolios rather than attempting to sell each practice individually.
This creates the size, diversification, standardized operations, and scale sought by larger healthcare organizations and public-market buyers.
Instead of a collection of unrelated dental practices, the objective is to create one larger, connected dental organization.
2.
VADA Becomes the Nexus
Each participating dental practice implements VADA — the Virtual Automated Dental Administrator, developed by the Integrated Dental Medicine Academy.
VADA is the common operating platform—or nexus—connecting the practices within the portfolio.
VADA takes only five minutes of reporting each morning and does not interfere with your existing operational system.
This helps transform a group of independent dental offices into a standardized, scalable dental organization.
3.
The Portfolio Is Taken to the Public Markets
Zenyte uses its public-market strategy to position the completed portfolio for valuation.
The strategy is designed to achieve valuations of 5x collections or more, with that portfolio valuation flowing down to the participating practices.
The public company facilitating the transaction is involved in the process, and potential buyers for the completed portfolios have already been identified.
4.
You Review Your Offers
You will receive offers approximately 90 days after completing enrollment and providing the necessary financial information.
You then decide whether those offers are attractive enough for you to proceed.
5.
You Decide What to Sell
You control the decision.
Depending upon the transaction available to you, you may decide to:
Sell your entire practiceSell only a percentageSell portions over timeContinue practicingOr decline the opportunity
There is no requirement that you sell simply because you evaluated the program.

Public-Market Valuation
This is fundamentally different from selling a single dental practice to another dentist or negotiating an EBITDA-based transaction with private equity.
Three Markets for Selling a Dental Practice
Most dentists are familiar with only two.
Main Street
The buyer is frequently another dentist or a smaller dental group.
Valuations can be relatively low, financing may be limited, and the seller may even be asked to carry part of the purchase price.
Private Equity / DSO
Private equity and many DSOs generally focus heavily on EBITDA and profitability.
Revenue matters, but profitability and the ability to integrate and scale the practice are extremely important.
Public Markets
The Zenyte strategy takes a different approach.
General Dental Practices are assembled into a portfolio with VADA as the common nexus and positioned for valuation through the public markets.
Target valuation: 5x collections or more.
